Basically there are 2 ways of doing so.
1. At ETRADE, setup a wire transfer to your local bank account. Gets charged $25 USD per transfer
2. I am personally using TransferWise (TW) to do so. So what I did was that I opened up a USD balance on my TW account before, so I just entered the USD balance account details on ETRADE and transfer any amount to my TW account. Then from TW transfer back to local bank. But I am not sure if this method still works because AFAIK TW doesn't allow opening of USD balance anymore for Malaysia users. Though if this can be done, the fees are relatively cheaper.
